He is the Vice President of Regional Site Operations and part of the Employment Now Executive team. With a career that began in Information Technology & Business Investments (M&A) in 1995 spanning from the Federal Government to private industry. He noticed that there was a large gap in knowledgeable IT professionals.

This created a very large turn around rate. Companies and federal agencies had a large demand that wasn’t being filled, which creates a never ending gap. Khari and Dr. Damaur Quander wanted to fill this gap with Veterans, Unemployed, and Underemployed and dislocated Minority workers. That were well trained and well versed in Technology and the work culture.
