Dr. Damaur Quander

Vice President, Assistant Director of Development

VP CO-Founder, Psychologist and Educator has worked as an independent consultant in Human Capital Development for the past 35 years with a specialization in Career Transition. Her consulting career was developed concurrently with work in career counseling, personality assessment and as an adjunct professor in higher education, workforce development and adult continuing education. Dr. Quander holds a terminal degree in the field of Transpersonal Psychology–research emphasis on personality development, a Master’s Degree in Trans personally Psychology with a Graduate Certificate in Human Development Counseling/Life Coaching. In addition to two higher degrees, Damaur holds a Bachelor’s in Liberal Studies for the interdisciplinary studies of Social /Behavioral Sciences and Communication’s. She is married, a mother of 3 adult children and a grandmother of two.

Dr. Quander is also a US Navy Veteran who has worked extensively with veterans and military families in transition, especially women. Extensive work with marginalized and multicultural populations within a training capacity, gives her an advantage in addressing the employment preparation needs of the unemployed and the underemployed.
